What we collect

If you fill out the Fit Check or email us, we receive what you send: your name, company, email, phone if you offer it, and your answers about your marketing situation. That's it. We don't buy data about you, scrape your socials, or enrich your profile from third-party databases.

Why we collect it

One reason: to figure out whether we're a fit and to talk to you about working together. Your answers qualify the engagement. Nothing else happens to them.

Where it goes

To a human inbox, read by the person who does the work. Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties for their marketing. No newsletter ambush, no drip campaign you didn't ask for, no list you have to escape from.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not run advertising trackers or sell behavioral data. If we use basic analytics to understand site traffic, it's aggregate and anonymous: page views, not people. If that ever changes in a way that matters, this page changes first.

How long we keep it

Inquiry information is kept while it's useful for the conversation you started, and deleted when it isn't. If you become a client, engagement records are kept as long as the law and good bookkeeping require.

Your rights

Ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email does it: hello@sofractional.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the CCPA, or the GDPR, and we honor the spirit of all of them regardless of geography: it's your information.

Children

This site is for businesses and the adults who run them. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a plain-language note here, not buried legalese.
